Send the request form with your town, property type and what you need cleaned. It is open 24/7.
Do I need to be home?
Many clients leave keys or arrange building entry; others prefer to be home. Agree access, keys and alarm codes in writing before the visit.
What about end-of-tenancy cleans?
Agree the standard against the inventory or checkout notes before work starts. A cleaner documents the work; they do not decide your deposit claim.
Are prices listed?
